Alhamdulillah, Madrasah Miftahul Falaah is an Islamic Seat for Intermediate and Higher Deeni Education. The Madrasah is located in Oslo Beach, a suburb of Port Shepstone, just a mere 125 km South Of Durban, South Africa. Exclusive to Madrasah Miftahul Falaah, the Darul Uloom enjoys a spectacular view of the blue waters of the Indian Ocean which rejuvenates the minds and spirit of our students.
Our aim and mission is to propagate Islam in its pristine purity as propounded to us by our Salafus Saaliheen and Akaabireen ( Pious Predecessors). We make Dua unto Allah Ta’ala that He enables us to do so. Ameen!
The Madrasah was founded by our Esteemed Principal, Hadhrat Mufti Yacoob Vally Sahib دامت بركاته in the year 1997 with just 5 Hifdhul Qur’aan students. Alhamdulillah, Allah Ta’ala thereafter allowed the Madrasah to become a well established and fully fledged Darul Uloom. Currently the Madrasah offers the following courses:

The Madrasah caters for boarding students with a decent hostel and tasty meals. The Madrasah is also affiliated to the ATII ( Association of Traditional Islamic Institutes ) which runs under the Department of Home Affairs. We therefore welcome students locally and abroad.
In addition to being a Darul Uloom, the Madrasah also has a Darul Iftaa which will promptly answer all your Deeni related questions Insha Allah.
